About Us Day Automation Office Building

Day Automation Systems represents Tour Andover Controls for HVAC control, security and door access control, and digital video surveillance systems in Central and Eastern New York State. We provide services for over 479,489 students and have systems in more than 80 K-12 school districts and 15 colleges and universities. We also provide building automation to industrial, commercial and institutional clients helping them control the cost of energy and facility operations and have installed systems in more than 800 non residential buildings.

The company was founded as James L. Day Company in 1976. In 1994, the company was purchased by Eastern Utilities; a Boston based utility company and renamed EUA Day. January 1, 2000 the company was purchased by a group of original managers and became Day Automation Systems.
